You may not post or publish any illegal content on the Sitepaste platform. Users found in violation of this policy will be banned immediately.

These policies apply to all content hosted on our platform, regardless of whether you are using a Sitepaste subdomain or your own custom domain.

Your site may be taken offline if you break any of the following rules:

• Selling illicit items or services
• Gang activity or promotion
• Any content that is generally illegal within the United States
• Using the platform for political revolutionary purposes
• Publishing spam content or engaging in spam activities

Any sign of spam content may result in immediate termination of your account.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

3. Copyright and DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please contact us at [email protected].

We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Service availability

While we strive for excellence, there are no guarantees of 24/7 resource perfection. Deployments may occasionally fail. We are not responsible for any downtime or deployment failures.

5. Payment and billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Failure to pay for your plan may result in your site being taken offline.

Plan pricing may change in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you via your registered email address.

6. Usage limits

Maximum content sizes are enforced on all plans.

The platform may not be used as a cloud storage service alone. Anyone found to be using the platform primarily for storage or cloud services (rather than for publishing websites) will have their account terminated.

7. Content responsibility

We do not take responsibility for the content published on your site. You are solely responsible for all content you publish. We advise against publishing sensitive or personal information on your site.

8. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account or by posting a notice on our platform.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sitepaste, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sitepaste and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you publish on your site. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

The Sitepaste platform, including all software, code, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Sitepaste and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Sitepaste is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sitepaste regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
